Terms and conditions for giveaways
Studio
Artesania occasionally hosts giveaways of our products or in partnership with
brands we love and trust. We use Rafflecopter to host the giveaways and select
winners at random. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter our
giveaways. By entering our giveaways you agree to be subscribed to the Studio
Artesania email newsletter. Entrants must provide a valid email address in
order to be notified in case they are one of the winners. No responsibility can
be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
We
reserve the right to cancel or amend the
giveaway without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military
disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable
law or regulation or any other event outside of our
control. We will notify the entrants as soon as possible about any changes to
the giveaways. We are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to
any entrant by any third party connected with our giveaways. No cash
alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
At
the close of the giveaway, the winner/s name will be displayed on the
Rafflecopter widget in the original post and they will also be contacted via
email within 48 hours. Also, entrants must be willing to provide a shipping
address if one needed in order to receive the prize. We will notify the winner
by communication via email when the prize will be delivered. Any personal data
relating to the winner will not be disclosed to a third party (for example, a
gift sponsors if they demand it) without the entrant's prior consent. The winners mailing address, if it is provided,
will be safely deleted/destroyed after we receive confirmation of receiving the prize.
We
ask that the winner reply to the email (with their shipping information if it
is needed) within 72 hours of the email being sent. If the winner cannot be
contacted or does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, we
reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement
winner.
