sales of digital products downloadable upon confirmation of purchase are final.
Due to the nature of digital products, it is not possible to return the product,
therefore, we DO NOT offer refund or exchange after purchase is made. No
refunds will be given for any reason. If you are having any issue with the
file, or have any questions, please contact us by email and we will do our best
to resolve the problem.

will make returns, refunds, and exchanges
on individual cases. Because of the 'made to order'
nature of our physical products, and in some cases its
customization and personalization,
unless it arrives damaged or defective,
we can't accept returns for this product. But, if you have any problem with our
product, just contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll do our very best
to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
The
returned item must be in original condition and package. If the item is not returned in its original condition and
package, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping charges
will not be refunded.
The
buyer is also responsible for all return shipping charges and all transaction
fees incurred. All returns MUST be shipped with either delivery confirmation
and insurance or some other form of electronic tracking where available. You
