Ordering Studio Artesania Physical Products
Studio
Artesania offers various types of clay tools, jewelry and home decor designed
and/or handmade by Andrijana Anya Katavić. They are all made from high-quality materials. Detailed information
you will find in the description of each individual product.
Processing time
All Studio Artesania products,
including clay tools, are
made to order. Please allow 5-7 days following receipt of payment before the
item will ship. Please contact us if you need your order sooner.
Shipping details
All
orders are shipped with registered air mail. Please keep in mind that when a
package crosses the border in some countries, the tracking number may not be
tracked. This is normal. This does not mean that the item is lost. Please wait,
it will come.
All
our products come with FREE shipping.
Delivery time
The
delivery time may be different in various countries. It depends on the postal
service of your country, as well as the workload during the holidays. We can't
affect the delivery time and are not responsible for it. So, we're not
responsible for the work of postal
service.
Shipping
usually takes 10-15 business days, depending on your location. This dates are
guidelines and are not guarantees.
We
are not responsible for any delays, losses or damages due to shipping. Please
contact your postal service if you encounter an issue such as this.
Transport packaging
The
item is carefully packed to avoid damage
during transportation. Your order will arrive in a bubble mailer and inside you
will find your product wrapped into the padding and safely tucked in a small box. The box is also
wrapped in air bubble film, thus they are delivered at the final destination
without any damages.
We
are not responsible for any damage incurred during transportation. But if that
happened, please contact us and we'll find a way out of the situation.
Shipping address
Orders
are shipped to your address stated on your account/order. We are not
responsible for items not received due to incorrect or undeliverable address.
There is no refund for items sent to a wrong address. If an order was delivered
to a wrong address a reshipment fee must be paid.
Fees and taxes
Customers
are responsible for any fees, taxes and customs
dues associated with shipping and purchasing to their countries. Please
understand that we are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes,
tariffs, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery or at the discretion
of your country's tax and import regulations. We have no way of calculating how
much these fees would be, should they occur. We are in no way responsible for
their execution or payment. For any additional information refer to your local
customs agency.
We
are not responsible for delays due to
customs.
Please understand that it can take up to 4-6 weeks for a package to arrive
after it has been shipped due to delays, customs or time sitting in the post
office.
The
customs declaration put on the package will not contain any false information
for any reason.
